You can do your workouts on your own schedule and don’t have to worry about mine.
All the workouts are based on bodyweight exercises and require no or little equipment like a backpack so you can do them anywhere, anytime.

Online coaching – How does it work?
We will get to know each other through a initial video call and a questionnaire. With the help of pictures/videos I will do a posture/movement analysis and you will do a basic fitness test so we know exactly where you start. Together we will decide on achievable but nevertheless challening goals for you.
You will receive your customized workouts via an App in which you also track your progress so I can always tweak the program to fit your current level. This also helps me to support you in building the habit of doing your workouts.
You can reach out to me all the time if you have any issues and I am more than happy to help you with any additional habit building or lifestyle questions.
Online coaching is not a one-size-fits-all program you download and do on your own. I will constantly assess your progress and adjust the workouts accordingly, be there for you if you have any questions or when your goals change.
Working with people is what got me into personal training so I do everything to keep it personal.
Who am I?
I am Jonathan, a licensed trainer currently living in Leipzig, Germany.
I was always into sports but after working as a programmer for a few years I learned what it means to sit a lot, be stressed by deadlines and how hard it is to fit a fitness regiment into a tight schedule.
